Cancellation Policy

Cancellation requests will be considered only if they are made within 24–48 hours of placing the order, provided that work on the service has not yet started.

Once the service has been initiated, cancellations will not be accepted. This is because services involve time, planning, and resource allocation that begin shortly after confirmation.

Cancellation requests may also be declined in the following situations:

  • If the service is customized, strategic, or time-bound

  • If work has already started or is partially completed

  • If third-party tools, platforms, or resources have already been allocated

Refund Policy

Refunds are applicable only under limited circumstances and are handled on a case-by-case basis.

Refunds may be considered if:

  • The service has not yet started and the cancellation request is approved

  • Rohit Kumar is unable to deliver the service due to unforeseen circumstances

Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:

  • Change of mind after work has begun

  • Delays or issues caused by lack of communication, information, or approvals from the client

  • Dissatisfaction based on subjective expectations once the service has been delivered or partially delivered

Since services are intangible and customized, no refunds or replacements are offered after delivery.

Service Concerns & Resolution

If you believe the service delivered is not as described or significantly deviates from the agreed scope, you must notify us within 2 days of delivery.

All concerns will be reviewed carefully, and where applicable, reasonable revisions or corrections may be provided at our discretion. Refunds are not guaranteed and will only be issued if deemed appropriate after evaluation.

Refund Processing Time

If a refund is approved, it will be processed within 3–5 business days, and the amount will be credited back to the original payment method.
